Sharing a Platform with President Olusegun Obasanjo
I was recently in Scotland at the EILA Conference, where I spoke on "Playing an active role in the UK's Political Process" with President Obasanjo, Zainab Baldawi, Dotun Ojelabi, Nims Obunge MBE
EILA (Emerging Influencers and Leaders Africa) is an initiative of President Olusegun Obasanjo to mentor the next generation of African leaders. His strategy will be by his sharing of his life experiences and leadership principles, as well as those of other achievers towards developing the future leaders in Africa with values of integrity, fairness and good governance. President Obasanjo has initiated this programme as part of his legacy to ensure that Africa will not lack the leadership it requires to be a World player. In 21st century Africa there is a dearth of right leadership qualities in politics, business and every strata of society. The EILA initiative is geared to raise leaders who will not suffer from leadership inadequacies nor embrace causes of failure in leadership.
